Well The Guristas Associates are pretty good gate campers and honourable pirates in my experience. I see no reason to smack on them other then the fact that nobody likes pirates, except NC (the new goon pets) who like to try and hotdrop them every once in a while, good times. :)
To the stats (battleclinic):
The Carebear Stare's combat record - Ranked #110 Lifetime kills 11,478 Lifetime losses 838
The Black Rabbits's combat record - Ranked #78 (Alliance rank 29) Lifetime kills 25,561 Lifetime losses 3,213
Looks to me like TGA has either been around a lot longer or pvps a lot more actively then TCS, and although they are both blobbing corps (no offense intended) TCS would be ranked higher if they were infact 'better', and I am a huge fan of the BC/Griefwatch point system. ^_^
TGA sucks to 77 other corps according to Battleclinic and you're not one of them. Myth debunk'd. - Ghost |

Thanks for bringing up that research.
Another thing to keep in mind is that my corp is about 10 kickass pirates, whereas TGA is about 100 fail pirates and 2 decent ones named Koffee Black and Stuart Price.
Lol dude... You think Triumvirate is the best alliance because -all- of their players are awesome? It's the best FCs who make the difference in the long run.
I'm not saying that either one of you are bad. Just that there is no real need to smack in this case because you are making yourself look a little incompetent by doing so. That's all. >.< - Ghost |

By responding to your post I make myself look like the biggest ****** ever.
Yet my point remains, is anyone from TGA going to bring it? Forum doesn't count.
To give a serious answer to this question, and I can't answer for TGA really but this is my opinion.
TGA seems to be playing the way that they enjoy Eve the most, gate camping and raking in the killmails, easy or not, by doing so. Again no offense to TGA but they don't seem like the kind of people to have local quarrels with other pirate corporations and have a desire to "bring it" in a 1v1 the majority of the time.
However I wouldn't be surprised if they were more willing to do it on SiSi for the sake of fun, because honestly PvP is generally just more fun on SiSi. I personally LOVE getting blown up on SiSi because that means there is a way to improve my fit and I get to go in and get blown up again. :)
Not speaking for TGA but this is my view of the situation. ^_^

Well. I was flying around in my griffin for about 3 hours and you were nowhere to be found in or near either of the solar systems "mara" or "passari". Perhaps you made a typo?
You don't strike me as being very affable in any case.
Goodnight. おやすみなさい

What the hell?
Dictionary reference (oh yes I did): 1 : an act of robbery esp. on the high seas; specifically : an illegal act of violence, detention, or plunder committed for private ends by crew or passengers of a private ship or aircraft against another ship or aircraft on the high seas or in a place outside the jurisdiction of any state
I dunno about you but I wear an eye patch, hold a cutlass in left hand, dirk in right, and drink BACARDI while I'm playing Eve. Sure I am not as piraty as Somalians or the old West Indies pirates but I'm a pirate alright! Yo! Ho! Yo! Ho! A PIRATES LIFE FOR MEEEEEEE!!!
Edit: Thread now with 10x more awesome!
